How to place an order?
Just place an item in your shopping cart en follow the steps! We only ask for necessary information to follow up on your order sufficiently.
When you choose to create an account you will have all your information at hand in a safe environment and there will be extra options available, like creating a wish list. Of course there is also the option for a "Single order", in which case you need to fill out the form for every order you make.
Help, the ordering procedure was terminated before or during payment and my choice of sizes are no longer available online!
It is likely that in this case your size was already reserved for you as soon as the ordering process was started and therefore was removed out of our stock list. So no worries, you will receive an email that contains a link that redirects you to the payment screen (excluded the options "Bank transfer" and "Paypal)

How will I know my order was received?
At closing the payment procedure you will see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email. If the email is not in your Inbox, you might find it in your Spam box, due to the filtering in your system. If you have any doubt on your order, don't hesitate to contact us.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
All order can be cancelled up until the time it has been send out. After that our exchange and return policy will be applied.
What are the payment options?
Customers in The Netherlands can pay their online purchases secure, safe and easy through iDeal. IDeal can be directly linked to your online banking program at an online purchase. This is a quick and easy way to pay through the known internet payment system of your own bank. Our iDeal partner is Multisafepay.
PayPal has been market leader in online payment handling for over a decade. By using PayPal you are always safe, since we don't have any access to your financial data, like banking account of credit card number.

Payments by credit card will be handled by Multisafepay, so we don't have any insight on your data.

A bank transfer will take up to 3 working days. If your payment isn't in our account after 5 working days we will cancel your order.
Items that ordered to be picked up at an event need to be paid for at the start of the event, otherwise they will be put up for sale. So no reservations are made, unless otherwise agreed on. This may cause items to be sold out after certain events. Check out Events Calendar to see where we will attend.
