Je suis extrêmement déçue par l’état de l’article reçu. Les bottes présentent des traces évidentes d’usure ainsi que des dommages visibles, ce qui laisse clairement penser qu’il s’agit d’un article déjà utilisé ou abîmé.
Pour un produit acheté à ce prix, cette situation est totalement inacceptable.
Je trouve cela particulièrement choquant et peu professionnel d’envoyer à un client un article dans un tel état, alors qu’il est vendu comme neuf. Et le vendeur ne répond pas à mes messages.
