Ensure that the items are in new condition and comply with our return and refund policy.

Earrings and gift cards are excluded.

Keep your tracking number and proof of shipment safe.

Initiating a Return*:

(limited for selected EU countries)

  1. Visit our return portal:
  2. Enter your order reference, which starts with #100, and your email address.
  3. Select the items you wish to return.
  4. Purchase a return label at a reduced rate.
  5. Drop off the package at a location chosen by your carrier.

Drop off your order at the store and receive a receipt of return.



Direct exchanges of products are not possible. If you want a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order.
